- BBQ: Most of the food has been bought. Beer will be bought after this meeting. We are probably going to go over $250. There are decorations in the office. We will be setting up at 15:00. Naomi will make the sangria.
Finance
- Swag: Pei emailed the swag people but they have not responded yet.

- Phone Calls: Naomi will be calling newly admitted music ed students next Thursday.
