- Budget: MUSA is having a meeting tonight and we should get the numbers after that. Tabled.
- Swag: Gill sent the cheque in so we just have to wait for the confirmation email.
- Grilled Cheese Sale: Pei has emailed Peter Wightman and is waiting for a response.
Professional Development
- Conducting Workshop: Only six people replied to our email so we didn’t have to do a random draw. Alain and Jonathan are assigning the movements to the participants. Alain cannot be at the workshop so Jonathan is running the actual workshop. Doug will ask Jonathan what his rate is so we can pay him.
- Workshops: The first workshop is January 28 on Sound Recording with Philip Parenteau. Doug needs to contact Steve Dubinsky.
Social
- YAP: Eve-Marie will email: Joanna Papamihelakis, Christian I, Marcin G, David Perez-Larochelle, Kerry Roebuck, Gwenyth Epstein, Christopher Wilhelm, and Liz Huyer.
- BBQ: Eve-Marie will ask Diana about getting a bbq to use.
General
- Elections: Once people are filling in forms they will drop them off in the office.
- Office Hours: Sign up if you have not!
- Constitution Subcommittee: We will meet on Wednesday at 11:00 in a library room (TBD).
