- BBQ: 49 people attended! Most of it was great! We were almost shut down by security at one point but Lisa saved us. So for next year make sure the permit for barbequing is printed out and visible as well as the alcohol permit. Doug is donating his barbeque to MEdUSA. Thanks Doug! We should try to get access to one of the sinks in the old building to make it easier to wash dishes and to prep food. We could also do only hotdogs which would make things easier. Don’t make the patties again. Sangria was good, but we only need one lemon and one lime, and we did not run out of beer. Make sure there is music from the beginning of the party. Buy less balloons (we actually have a bag leftover) but other decorations were good. Trays of veggies were very popular. Monica Asly liked Heather’s cake. Only get one big salad bag next year.
- Swag: The original price for the shirt is $32 and the sale price is $25. We cannot find the shirt on the website so Pei will email the woman to find out about it/get it on there. She will also ask if the sale will be through the website or through Pei.

- Exit Reports: Are due April 30. Naomi will send the template ASAP.
General
- Music for People: Irene wanted to know if we could pay a stipend for these workshops but we can’t because we don’t have money/MUSA isn’t around.
