- Welcome Back Cocktail: Room is booked from 18:00. Eve-Marie emailed Lisa about the liquor and the permit.
Finance
- Budget: Gill emailed EdUS and MUSA but did not get a reply. Lisa’s budget increased to $600 per semester for guest speakers.
- Music Swag: Neither Gill or Naomi got a response from EdUS.
Reports
- EdUS: There are 7 people from EdUS who want to join us for Mental Health First Aid training. Colin is going to email MHS to get a specific date. Jaqueline Leclair declined to pay for the training. It will be personally funded at $38 per person. Naomi will check if we have a table at their Welcome Back BBQ again this year.
General
- Volunteer Fair: QBA: any day but Friday. QMEA: Monday after 10:30. Yellow Door: Pei has not heard back yet. MNHB: Eve-Marie will email this week. Tentatively Monday September 28 during the day.
- Meeting with the Dean: Next Friday September 18. Hoping to have a date for the volunteer fair to tell him.
- Representatives: The deadline is next week. Heather will email each group to tell them about the positions.
