- Budget: Tabled.
- Swag: We just need the logo in the correct file format then Gill will set up the account.
Social
- Festivus: It’s tonight! Food & alcohol was about $215. Eve-Marie bought 12 new wine glasses. We have to be out by 22:30 or we will be fined $150.
Professional Development
- Conducting Workshop: Doug has emailed Alain but did not hear back so he is emailing him again.
Communications
- ENEWS: Being sent right now!

General
- Drum Circle: It seems unlikely that this will be happening on Friday as we do not have a room, it has not been advertised, and we do not have facilitators.
- Brandon: Lisa has not done anything will the proposal but she looked at the costs and is not hopeful.
