Welcome: Meeting begins at 15:49 motioned by Becky seconded by Kathleen.


Announcements:

There’s a workshop tonight!


Approval of Minutes: Becky motions to approve, Kathleen seconds.


Approval of Agenda: Chris motions to approve, Kathleen seconds.


Agenda & Proceedings:

VP Social

• Showcase: C-310 is booked for someone else, but C-304 is open from 17:00. We’ll book that and then move to the 8th floor for the reception. Chris will email Peter to confirm the 8th floor.
  
  
• Music Ed Goes: The November event will be a pub crawl. This will include bars with other activities (like karaoke) so that people who don’t drink can also participate.
  
  

VP Communications

• Enews: It will go out right after this meeting.
  
  

VP Finance

• Budget: There’s a new budget with the sweater money.
  
  

President

• Reports: Reminder: pay more attention to when things are due (extra project reports, weekly reports, enews blurbs etc)
  
  
• Next Meeting: Next Wednesday, 16:45, regular place.
