VP Finance
- Budget: EdUS said we can get the money from last year so we have extra money! Hooray! Gill hasn’t heard back about getting 100% of student fees/how much we pay to EdUS yet though.
VP Professional Development
- Cordell: It’s on Thursday in E-109 at 18:00. It’s been posted on Facebook everywhere so that everyone knows about it. The topic is jazz comping.
- Alain: He is the nicest person in the world. He forwent payment for the workshop, which is very nice. Kathleen is going to try and get a nice bottle of wine for him, probably using the extra EdUS money.
- Jonathan: His payment has been taken care of. He is getting paid $240 and all he has to do is go pick up the money from the 7th floor when he’s here. He’s going to be here for a couple of hours on Friday to give everyone half hour lessons.
VP Social
- Music Ed Goes: January is going to ice skating at the end of the month, and February will be going to a movie (probably the Lego Movie).
VP Academic
- Necklaces: Necklaces are going to be in the cash box so that we can sell them to people. The receipt book is close to the desk. Naomi is going to send the instructions for the process of selling necklaces to everyone.

- Office Hours: Gill Thursday 12:30, Chris Monday 13:30, Kathleen Tuesday 11:30, Wes Thursday 14:45, Naomi Monday 12:30, David Wednesday 11:30, Heather Monday 11:30, Becky Wednesday 15:00
- QBA Report: Beginner Honour Band was yesterday.
- Elections: They will be held in February.
- Publicized Meeting: It will be advertised in the February enews and it will be a few weeks before elections.
- Next/Regular Meeting: Wednesdays at 17:30, but not this week
