- Budget: Winter 2016. Naomi motions to approve, Heather seconds.
- Swag: We can put a maximum of six items on sale for one to four weeks. Shipping is included in the price. Pei will send us catalogues so we can choose what items to put on sale.
- Grilled Cheese Sale: We made $231.35!
Social
- YAP: Eve-Marie has still not heard back from the building director about the cleaning fee. She has contacted Audrey and she is interested but has to check the date. Eve-Marie has sent in the alcohol order. Evan Crandall has confirmed that he is coming.
Reports
- EdUS: See report.
General
- Semester Proposals: Tabled.
- McGill24: Colin is going to take photos/videos over the break and if you can help you should contact him. It’s going to be on Radio Canada (music ed specifically).
- Elections: We had a excellent voter turnout. Everyone who was running was elected.
