- Showcase - Lisa ordered the Liquor permit. Naomi will talk to Isabelle Cosette regarding the room booking. The event is now on the whiteboard. Naomi will inquire about performance in the lounge.
Academic
- Meeting with the Dean - There is a document under “miscellaneous” for the meeting that constitutes the report.
- End of Year Department Meeting - This happened last year as well. At the end of the year, all the music ed professors meet to discuss music ed events. Heather and Naomi will attend as current and future presidents of MEdUSA and give an update of the year. This week we as a council will brainstorm ideas to talk to them about.
Reports
- EdUS - They wish to re-evaluate how McGill interacts with CTs and placements next academic year.
Finance
- Grilled Cheese - we made $161.00 on the grilled cheese sale!
