- YAP: We figured out the room. It is booked from 18:00 and we have to be completely out by 22:00. The food is in the kitchen but we still have to bring up the alcohol. Toby will buy bread tomorrow and drop it off. Eve-Marie will send questions to Heather who will print them.
- BBQ: There are some logistical things to work out: we have to get a BBQ and figure out how the alcohol permit will work. We could have the actual BBQ outside and then have the main event in the music caf so that there are places to sit. The date would be April 15 and it will start at 18:00 and will officially end at 20:00. The drinks will be sangria and beer. Eve-Marie will book the 8th Floor Lounge just in case this doesn’t work out.

- Swag: Pei will post the items that we can choose for sale this week and we will vote on it.

- ENEWS: Blurbs to Heather by Sunday.
General
- Semester Proposals: Tabled.
- McGill24: Videos and photos are going up. On Wednesday, Pei, Eve-Marie, and Heather will be manning a table in the Strathcona lobby from 13:30-17:30. One of us will take videos of some of the technique classes and post them online.
