General
- Extra MEdUSA Workshop/Service Ideas: Gill was talking to Sofiya and she had a lot of ideas for MEdUSA. Gillian made a document under “miscellaneous” entitled: “Extra MEdUSA workshop/service Ideas”. Arrangement band will be put on hold for now. The “Music Ed Lesson Exchange (MELE)” will be in the December E-NEWS.
- MEdUSA Feedback/Comment Forms: We will encourage people to talk to us directly or use the comment form on the website. A sign will be put up on the window for contact information through the website.
- Constitution Sub-Committee: Amending constitution: 4 members of executive council and a member at large. Heather, Naomi, Gillian, Doug and Tanya (Member at Large) will begin meetings.
Professional Development
- QBA Mentor Workshop: On Thursday with Gabby Smith in A-410 at 5:30 talking about band in low income schools - execs need to advertise in their respective classes. There is a facebook event/posters.
Finance
- Sweaters:He didn’t get back to Gill. She will contact him again on Monday. Once we get the order forms we will set a deadline.
- Budget: EdUS got back to Gill, but MUSA hasn’t. Gill is still working on it.
