- Festivus: Eve-Marie sent a reply to the Building Director asking to change the booking time but did not hear back. She will submit another booking. She also emailed Lisa about the alcohol permit but has not heard back. Eve-Marie will also email the person who has the booking before Festivus to see if we can use it before 7.
Finance
- Budget: Tabled.
- Swag: Nothing to report.
Professional Development
- Workshops: Our next workshop is Monday about Running a Musical. Doug has started advertising it. The next workshop will be on November 17 with Kristen Malbranck on Creating Music with Children. Doug talked to QBA members at the conference to get more workshops for next semester.

Communications
- ENEWS: Blurbs are due by Sunday at noon!
General
- Drum Circle: MUSA cannot book SSMU rooms without a fee because they are not technically a SSMU union yet this year. The Madeleine Parent room has been booked on the day we wanted so we are going to ask Counselling Services if they have an idea for a room we can use.
- Volunteer Fair: We have not heard from any other participants.
